What you can request
- Access (Subject Access Request)
- Receive a copy of all personal data we hold about you in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Ask us to delete your account and all associated personal data.
- Rectification
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Portability
- Receive your data in a portable format (JSON or CSV) to transfer to another service.
- Restriction
- Ask us to limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved.
- Object to processing
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
How to submit a request
Email us at [email protected] with:
- The type of request (access, erasure, etc.)
- The email address registered to your 365 Fithub account
- A brief description of what you need
We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. We will respond within one calendar month. If the request is complex or numerous, we may extend this by a further two months — we will inform you within the first month if this is necessary.
Right to complain: If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) (ICO Registration No. ZC115093).
