Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 365 Fithub mobile application and website (the "Service") provided by Save Time Technology Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09280310).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Health and fitness disclaimer

The Service provides fitness tracking, logging, and AI-generated exercise recommendations. This content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. The app includes a pre-exercise readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q); answer it honestly.

We accept no liability for injury, illness, or other harm resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Premium features are available via a subscription. All subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not process payments directly and have no access to your payment information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. A 14-day free trial is available for new subscribers. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

For billing disputes or refund requests, contact Apple or Google directly. Their terms and refund policies apply to subscription transactions.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and materials in the Service are the property of Save Time Technology Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Your workout data belongs to you. We grant you a right to export your data at any time via the app or a data subject access request.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Introduce malware or any harmful code
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Save Time Technology Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, loss of profits, or personal injury.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer in another jurisdiction and local laws provide otherwise.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email (if you have an account) or via an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
